There is a fully refundable £150 damage deposit.
We need your ID, and your home address before you can rent your tent. We expect you to use it gently, and we will refund your deposit when the tent is returned in the agreed rental period (10 days), undamaged, packed away the way you took it.
We will show you how to clean your tent when it gets wet or dirty. We have partnered with a cleaning company that will give you a hand if you still need help with the spotless return of your tent.
